The AO Training consisted of a short-term project with a small team at AO, where we ran through OSP’s CCM training guide.
The guide alongside the OSP training covers the basics of the software initially, before developing the students in more detailed elements such as planogram, sales analysis, highlights, reports & 3D planogramming.
In this instance, AO had already implemented the software. They subsequently decided they needed assistance to obtain the best results from the software and train their team to a consistently high standard.
Our extensive training helped them understand the tool comprehensively, which ultimately resulted in a more efficient output.
