The CAD team at OSP have been working hard for a newer client, Morrisons

Nearing 500 Morrisons Daily stores across the UK, the primary goal of the ‘MDaily’ project is to transform McColl’s convenience stores into MDaily outlets, incorporating Morrison’s offerings, including Food To Go, Chilled Produce, Household items, and alcohol. Our role involves reviewing and adapting existing store plans to accommodate the MDaily concept.

This includes adjusting layouts, adding specialized equipment and working together with the Morrisons team to ensure approval. Once approved, the plans are sent to in-store specialists who conduct store visits to engage the store teams for feedback, which we will then incorporate in to the store plan before final submission and approval.

The plans are finalised by Morrisons to aid in facilitating equipment and stock procurement for store implementation.

Simultaneously, an external entity is engaged to secure an alcohol license for BWS sales. These plans are worked on by OSP, following the guidelines meticulously to ensure regulatory compliance.

Converting McColl’s stores into MDaily outlets through careful planning, stakeholder collaboration and adherence to legal requirements will ultimately enhance the retail experience. It is evident that the commitment to continuous development is essential for retailers seeking to explore and capitalize on evolving opportunities in the ever-changing retail market.
