OSP continue work with Dobbies to improve space performance, build, manage and maintain fixture and planogram library throughout seasonal changes across the majority of categories and provide Visual Merchandising support to selected categories. Applying best practice principles (Home, Fashion, Gift, Spa), OSP liaise with the Dobbies Buying & Merchandising team and in house Visual Merchandising department.

Our Micro and macro teams work across all indoor categories to ensure a consistently commercial and cohesive handling of product and space. We perform sales analysis and cost to fill of ranges to ensure planning the space in the most commercial yet aesthetically pleasing way to equip Dobbies to drive profit performance and optimize stock holding.

OSP provides Dobbies with sales analysis on a micro and macro level of a category, allowing Dobbies to make the most commercial decisions on what lines to discontinue, increase volume on etc. We provide a visual overview of discontinued lines to increase the efficiency of Dobbies range review process before providing them with new season floor plans/macros for all grades of each category.

Once we have updated all planograms with new season products, establishing adjacencies and flow are taken into consideration to provide aesthetically pleasing displays, alongside sales data, product density and target capacity, we offer a collated (grade specific) pack to send out directly to all stores to ensure compliance. This means that stores are only given information that is not useful to their set up, offering the most efficiency.

On a recent project, OSP undertook the integration of Waitrose into Dobbies on top of our normal support:
